We're so glad you're here! Thanks for your order — we'll do our best to get it to you as soon as possible. We currently ship within the United States only. All orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by our trusted third-party suppliers.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
Delivery Time:
- US-warehoused items: 7–10 business days after processing
- Overseas/international inventory items: 10–25 business days after processing
Total estimated delivery time is 8–30 business days from the date of purchase, depending on the item and supplier location.
Tracking: Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
Delays: Please note that delays may occur during peak holiday seasons, customs processing, or due to carrier disruptions. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you informed.
Shipping business days do not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Friday after cutoff, Saturday, or Sunday will begin processing the next business day.
