Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days and arrive within 7–15 business days. Since some items ship from overseas, delivery times may vary. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also use the chat feature on our site and select "Track my order" for real-time updates.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing or any reason other than damage or defect.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue. Approved claims will receive store credit toward a future purchase.

Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer cash refunds. Approved claims for damaged or defective items are resolved with store credit only.

Are your product images accurate?
We do our best to represent all items accurately. Colors and details may vary slightly due to photography lighting and screen display settings.

Do you sell pre-owned items?
Occasionally we list pre-owned pieces from our personal collection. These items are clearly marked, sold as-is, and are not subject to our standard store credit policy.
