At ZSA Fashion, every piece is curated with care and intention. We partner with trusted suppliers to bring you quality fashion — and because of this, all sales are final. We're unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing, change of mind, or personal preference, but we always want you to feel good about your experience with us!

Damaged or Defective Items

We're so sorry if something arrived less than perfect! If your order shows up damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 5 days of delivery at zsafashion60@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue — we'll take it from there.

Once we review and approve your request, we'll send over store credit to use toward a future purchase. Store credit is non-transferable and has no cash value. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
